Learn different writing techniques, share your work with the group for creative critique, plan and participate in CWC Author's Nights, publish your work in the CWC's Creative Forum, learn about and submit to outside writing contests, all of this within a supportive environment at the Creative Wellness Center. Hoarding Groups
Overwhelmed by too much stuff? Do you have a large number of things in your home? Do you have difficulty organizing your things or deciding what to throw away? Does the volume of things in your home make it difficult to do everyday activities or affect your quality of life? If you answered yes to these questions, you may have hoarding behaviors.

The Creative Wellness Coalition will be hosting a support group for people who compulsively hoard and clutter and a separate support group for family members of people that have hoarding and cluttering issues. The groups will run the first and third Thursday of the month at 320 N. Goodman Street from 5pm - 7pm.

Art Therapy
Art Therapy allows individuals to to express their thoughts and emotions through artwork. The art facilitates discussions, emotions, and ideas that may not generally be discussed through typical talk therapy. Art therapy is a visual expression of healing. 1pm-3pm with Trish Pellgrino

Experience the joy of working with your hands. Learn how to design: purses, wallets, braids, bracelets, etc. with leather and vinyl. 12:30 - 3:30 in the Wellness Center.

Reiki with Tina
Join us for Reiki healing sessions with Tina. Tina is a certified level II Usui Reiki practitioner offering individual energy healing treatments at the CWC. Space is limited, YOU MUST RSVP TO SAM at 325-3145 x142.

Individuals get together for a night of enjoyment and everyone brings a dish to pass. Our inspiration potlucks are a great place to meet new people, get support and share information and continue thriving in your recovery. We gather each month to share our appetite for friendship, great food and new outlooks on life. We create positive energy, while concentrating on eachothers strengths. Photography
Come join us for a workshop in using photography to express our thoughts and have our voices heard. Photography can aid individuals in giving visual form to their feelings, fears, dreams and emotions at the same time giving insight into the inner person.
