Reiki with Tina

The Wellness Journey Self-Help Support Group
- A Self-Help Support Group for anyone with a mental health diagnosis. In this group we will work to; Help restore dignity and sense of purpose for person who are working toward recovery. This group will offer fellowship positive support, and companionship in order to achieve good mental health. Help with improving our own attitudes about our lives and our diagnosis. We will provide members with the latest information on recovery. We will encourage members to take positive steps toward their recovery. 11am - 12:30pm in the Wellness Center.
MaryAnne's Sing Along
- Come relax and enjoy MaryAnne's Sing Along Group. The 3rd and 4th Wednesday of every month. 2-3:30. For more information please call Sam McLean 325-3145 x142
Inspiration Potluck
- Individuals get together for a night of enjoyment and everyone brings a dish to pass. Our inspiration potlucks are a great place to meet new people, get support and share information and continue thriving in your recovery. We gather each month to share our appetite for friendship, great food and new outlooks on life. We create positive energy, while concentrating on eachothers strengths. Bring a dish to pass and attend the next inspiration potluck group and discover your own wellness and enjoy eachothers company. 5:30pm - 8pm in the Wellness Center.
