Reiki with Tina
- Join us for Reiki healing sessions with Tina. Tina is a certified level II Usui Reiki practitioner offering individual energy healing treatments at the CWC. Space is limited, YOU MUST RSVP TO SAM at 325-3145 x142.
The Wellness Journey Self-Help Support Group
- A Self-Help Support Group for anyone with a mental health diagnosis. In this group we will work to; Help restore dignity and sense of purpose for person who are working toward recovery. This group will offer fellowship positive support, and companionship in order to achieve good mental health. Help with improving our own attitudes about our lives and our diagnosis. We will provide members with the latest information on recovery. We will encourage members to take positive steps toward their recovery. 11am - 12:30pm in the Wellness Center.
Leather and Vinyl Crafting
- Experience the joy of working with your hands. Learn how to design: purses, wallets, braids, bracelets, etc. with leather and vinyl. 12:30 - 3:30 in the Wellness Center.
